THE STERLING SILVER PROOF EDITION OF THE CHURCHILL CENTENARY MEDALS Comprising 24 medals each depicting an outstanding event in Churchill’s life. Designed by Michael Rizzello, sculptor and creator of the Prince of Wales Investiture medals and the coinage of over 20 nations, minted by John Pinches Medallists for the Churchill Centenary Trust. Issued in 1974 in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Winston Churchill.
