Together with the book titled “The Best of Beardsley” publ. 1967 See Plate 3 Aubrey Beardsley (1872-1898) His drawings in black ink were strongly influenced by the Japanese woodcuts and he was a figue in the Aesthetick movement which included Oscar Wilde. He wass the most contraversial artist of the Art Nouveau era.
